WHAT: Artomatic, an arts extravaganza featuring hundreds of local artists — visual artists, musicians, dancers, filmmakers, and many more. Nine floors of creativity!
WHEN: May 29 to July 5. Fridays and Saturdays, 12 noon – 1 a.m.; Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 12 noon – 10 p.m; closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
WHERE: 55 M St, SE (at Half Street) in D.C.’s Capitol Riverfront neighborhood. Right above the Navy Yard Metro ballpark exit (green line), a block from Nationals Stadium.

Note that it is Aladdin between Cinderella and Snow White. Jasmine was no where to be seen on the cruise - nor was Prince Charming. Then again, Prince Charming probably doesn’t want to confront both wives in the confined space of a cruise ship. Let’s start rumors about Aladdin and Cinderella.

I enjoyed the cruise but ultimately I realized that I am just not a cruise person. I prefer a vacation with less of a set schedule. I’m also not big on laying out by the pool or on the beach. If I ever do another cruise, it would need to be one with with more ports that are interesting to me.
